Prof. Nei Kato received 2022 IEEE  Vehicular Technology Society Outstanding Service Award from IEEE Vehicular Technology Society due to his exemplary service and leadership as Editor-in-Chief  of the IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology from 2017 to 2021.
